The Dawning of a New Day..

This is so exciting, but scary too. I cant believe I’m building a Website and am about to launch my little business on-line. Its been a long time coming.

A crafter from an early age, I remember vividly spending my pocket money - and then later, the wages from my Saturday Job selling Jewellery on the local Market - in the craft shop in town, on beads and earring findings and sitting for hours making them up.

The Early Days

Throughout my life I have switched from one craft to another, with Jewellery Making popping back up from time to time. About 10 years ago I rediscovered my enjoyment of Jewellery making and it has pretty much stuck.

As my craft and design skills developed, I started gathering a significant number of completed pieces. so, off to my first Craft Fair I went. I’m pretty sure I never made a penny from those early days, as I had all this Jewellery, that I had no idea how much I’d spent making it, but it cleared out some space to make more.

Full Steam Ahead

Oh, what a whirlwind it's been these past few weekends of face-to-face trading! 🎪✨ There's nothing quite like the thrill of seeing someone's eyes light up when they discover a piece that speaks to their soul enough to bring it home. It's moments like these that fill my heart with joy and gratitude. Here's to many more magical connections through my creations! 🌟💖

Recent family events have been nothing short of magical! First, my daughter's engagement was a joyous occasion filled with laughter and happy tears. Seeing her so in love truly warms the heart. And now, with my sister's wedding on the horizon, the excitement is palpable. The thought of her walking down the aisle fills me with pride. But the cherry on top of it all is being asked to produce jewellery for the bride and her Maid of Honour! What an honor it is to play a part in their special day, creating pieces that will be cherished for a lifetime. It's moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with jewellery making in the first place. Here's to love, family, and making memories that sparkle forever.

Just wanted to give you a heads up that I'm taking a couple of weeks off Live Events, to dive deep into my creative flow. 🌀 During this time, I'll be working on completing some stunning commission pieces and crafting up a storm to stock up for upcoming events.
